Items Broken in Shipping
All items damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receiving shipment. Please take a photo of which items were received broken and email us at care@stonedgenie.com
Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order prior to us shipping out the item, please email care@stonedgenie.com. Please, be aware, a $5 dollar restocking fee will be applied when refunded. Thank you for understanding.
Return/Refund Policy
You may exchange or refund any of your items within 30 days of purchasing. Return shipping must be covered by customer.
